Is Yoga a good exercise to lose weight or is it mostly to tone up and reenergizing your body and mind?
Wednesday, December 24th, 2008I love to walk outside but I need an activity I can do indoors when its too cold to walk. I want to lose weight and be healthy, would Yoga be a good thing for that? I have heard it helps you lose weight, then I have heard its mostly for toning and reengerizing your mind and body. Which is it? Or does it do it all? Thanks.

maturity of body ,maturity of mind and maturity of brain are different to each other or linked together?
Monday, December 22nd, 2008for exemple when a child develop his body his feelings also have changes. what mind is still not in controle of body,s feelings because the brain is also underdevolp .so untill all become mature ,the child already misuse or abuse his body. are you agree that body /mind/and brain have their different timing of maturity? thanks for your kind answers. thanks.
