maturity of body ,maturity of mind and maturity of brain are different to each other or linked together?

for exemple when a child develop his body his feelings also have changes. what mind is still not in controle of body,s feelings because the brain is also underdevolp .so untill all become mature ,the child already misuse or abuse his body. are you agree that body /mind/and brain have their different timing of maturity? thanks for your kind answers. thanks.

   i think somebody’s body could be undeveloped, but their mind fully developed, if that’s what you’re asking…

   They can be linked but it is not a given.
