some forms of mental health a spiritual problem?

Im bi-polar and have been on various meds but always found i felt stupid or numb.
Also i really didnt think i was ‘crazy’ or sick forever…just that something wasnt right…the reasons werent being addressed, and i knew meds may help with the symptoms but not the reasons in the end.
compleately dispite myself i started to look at other causes of bipolar….and ended up wading through so much crap, but occationally something felt right or was written in a way that i recognized.
Ive found that learning to foucs and close my head chakra (wikipedia is a good place to start) has balanced me more than meds…learning to shut down has grounded me.

im far from dismissing med if they are really working for you, and i recognise that there are cases where it realy is physial…but i found this works for me.
