What do you think about Spiritual Health?

For years I’ve been healthy. Very rarely got sick except little head colds and what not.

I’m a senior in HS. And within the last year or so I’ve been getting very sick. Recently I just got over Strep and now I have a bad cold.
Do you think my body(spirit) is trying to tell me something?
or
Do you think it’s all in my head, and I’m just getting everything that passes in the air?
