What is the best mental health hospital in the USA and why?

I am just curious about the opinions of those in Yahoo Answers of what mental health hospital is best in this country. My vote would go to Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinc. They have great facilities, treatment, doctors, and staff. I spent a month and a half there and it was great.

   The only one ive been too and it is right next to and it is right next to presby also great drs thereand other.
